Telephone Reminders

MediSchedule telephone reminders are simple and convenient for you and your patients. MediSchedule calls your patients, providing them with a friendly, professional automated reminder message:

“This call is from Dr. Smith’s office to remind David of an appointment on Thursday, December 16th at 3:30pm at 15 Main Street, Suite 300. Please press ‘1’ to confirm your appointment, press ‘2’ to cancel your appointment, or press ‘3’ to hear appointment information again.”

If ‘1’ is pressed, the call continues: “Your appointment has been confirmed. Thank you.”

If ‘2’ is pressed, the call continues: “Your appointment has been cancelled. If you need to reschedule, please call Dr. Smith at 303-555-1212. Once again, the number is 303-555-1212. Thank you.”

If ‘3’ is pressed, the message repeats.

E-mail Reminders

For practices that collect patient e-mail addresses, e-mail reminder services are also available, including support for appointment confirmation.
